On Sundays in l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, vendors spread their wares

along the banks of the Sorgue River.

You can find everything from soap

to scarves

Fresh fruit

to locks of all kinds.

Posters and placards

to colorful bags.

Some just sit

along the river’s banks,

listening to street musicians

of all kinds.

Some just take a nap.

Ah, memories of Sunday Markets Anywhere, France. Esp nice to have a river run through it. Thanks for good pictures. Ellen
